Yes. You must have your own active MC authority. We are a dispatch service, not a carrier.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We work month-to-month. If we don't make you money, you are free to leave anytime.
Who handles the billing?
We handle all broker credit checks and invoicing paperwork, but the broker/factoring company pays YOU directly.

Do I need my own MC Authority?
Yes. We are a professional dispatch service, not a carrier. You must have your own active MC authority, insurance, and W-9 form.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We operate on a strict month-to-month basis. We believe we should earn your business with every load. You are free to leave at any time.
Do you force dispatch?
Absolutely not. You are the boss. We negotiate the highest rates and present the options to you, but you always have the final say on whether to take a load.
How does billing work?
We invoice you weekly for our dispatch services. You are paid directly by the broker or factoring company—we never touch your settlement money.
