Updates to These Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal transportation regulations. As a responsible administrative dispatch agent, we align our overarching operational guidelines with the standards set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

As a partnered motor carrier, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. Any continued use of our freight dispatching services after modifications are posted constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. Terms of Service FAQ

How do I cancel my agreement under these Terms of Service?
You can cancel our dispatching partnership at any time in accordance with these Terms of Service. Because we operate on a no-forced-dispatch model without long-term lock-ins, you are completely free to walk away without penalty via a standard written notice.
Who pays for freight claims according to the Terms of Service?
As outlined in our agreement, the motor carrier maintains full responsibility for any cargo damage or freight claims. We act solely as an administrative agent to find and book your loads, while you handle the physical transport.
Do these Terms of Service guarantee a specific rate per mile?
While we aggressively negotiate the highest possible rates based on market conditions, our Terms of Service cannot legally guarantee a specific rate per mile. Spot market rates constantly fluctuate based on your lanes and equipment type.
How are broker disputes handled under the Terms of Service?
We will actively assist in mediating communication and providing necessary documentation. However, the ultimate legal responsibility for dispute resolution falls directly between your company and the freight broker, as stated in these Terms of Service.
When is the dispatch fee paid under these Terms of Service?
Our fee structure within these Terms of Service is strictly performance-based. Payment is due only after a load is successfully booked and the rate confirmation is fully signed. Clients usually have this deducted directly via their factoring company.
