Terms of Service
Rules of the Road1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Skylink Logistics website and using our dispatching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Dispatch Services
Skylink Logistics acts as a third-party dispatcher representing the Carrier (you). We are not a freight broker or a motor carrier. We negotiate loads on your behalf based on the preferences you provide (lanes, rates, and equipment type).
Note: The final decision to accept or reject a load always rests with the Carrier.
3. Carrier Responsibilities
To use our services, you certify that you possess a valid MC Authority, active insurance coverage, and a completed W-9 form. You agree to maintain your equipment in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Skylink Logistics logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Skylink Logistics and is protected by United States copyright laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Skylink Logistics is not liable for unpaid freight charges by brokers or shippers. While we perform credit checks, the financial agreement for freight movement is strictly between the Carrier and the Broker/Shipper.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Skylink Logistics is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
